Bodhini has  a strong, heart-felt commitment to inspiring others to find health and happiness through the combination of ancient and holistic practices which have brought many positive benefits to her own life. Bodhini began practicing meditation at fifteen years old, followed by reiki at eighteen and finally discovering yoga in her twenties. Bodhini completed the Heart of Living Yoga meditation facilitator training in 2018 followed by the Heart of Living Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, 2019. Bodhini facilitates regular meditation classes, sound healing events, day retreats and reiki workshops online and in Hertfordshire and beyond. 

 
Avebury henge and stone circles are one of the greatest marvels of prehistoric Britain. Built and much altered during the Neolithic period, roughly between 2850 BC and 2200 BC, the henge survives as a huge circular bank and ditch, encircling an area that includes part of Avebury village. Within the henge is the largest stone circle in Britain - originally of about 100 stones - which in turn encloses two smaller stone circles.

Tide times in the UK and Ireland vary around the coast depending on the position of the moon, sun and various other influences. Using tide tables generated from tidal prediction data, it is possible to see where and when a high tide will occur on any date at a given location.
 
The Megalithic Passage Tombs of Newgrange, Knowth, Dowth, Fourknocks, Loughcrew and Tara are located in present-day County Meath in Ireland's Ancient East. The Boyne Valley Mounds at Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth were built around 3,200BC making them older than Stonehenge in England and the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.
